C.N.C. Turning Since 1991 and Milling Since 2000
Turntech Precision Engineering Ltd was formed in 1991 by its
current owner Mr. Tony Pigott. It boasts a collection of nine C.N.C. lathes, four C.N.C. vertical machining centres, one C.N.C. mill and one manual mill with various capacities for producing quality turned and milled components.
The company consists of premises of 7,000 square feet and is
situated near Wimborne, Dorset on the South Coast of England.
The premises consists of machine shop, inspection area,
assembly/stock room and offices.
We have the resources and expertise to undertake complex turned and milled components in any material to customer specifications and tolerances. The company can also undertake finishing,
polishing, painting etc. using approved outside sources.
We currently supply components to Aerospace, Marine, Medical,
Motor Racing, Hydraulic and Instrumentation markets, we also serve a great number of local companies. We currently employ a variety of skilled turners and millers and also a full time Inspector and
Quality/Works Manager to ensure all components are correct before
despatch.
